Support Staff

Ted Lothstein and Richard Guerriero, in both our Concord and Keene offices, work with extensively trained and highly skilled support staff who have earned a reputation for providing excellent service to our clients while helping the attorneys organize and master large, complex cases in State and Federal cases.

Kristen, in our Keene office, earned a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of New Hampshire. She received her paralegal certificate from Plymouth University. She is a certified private investigator, and a certified transcriptionist. Kristen was raised in Cheshire County and has lived in the Keene area for 30 years.

Melanie, in the Concord office, works as a legal assistant on our cases and is also the office manager and bookkeeper for the firm. She grew up in Hillsborough County, in a town just 20 minutes away from our Concord office.

Both Kristen and Melanie are dedicated and committed to providing excellent client service, to the extent that we regularly receive feedback from clients, court staff and others regarding their exceptional communication skills and high standards of professionalism.

In some criminal defense law firms, your calls will be answered by a receptionist or call service who has no familiarity with the firm's clients, cases, or court procedures — or even worse, an answering machine. At Lothstein Guerriero, PLLC, we take pride in the fact that our attorneys and staff know our clients, know the cases inside and out, and know how to effectively communicate and advocate with prosecutors' offices, court staff, governmental agencies, and the other components of the criminal justice system.
