On October 31, 2019, Ted Lothstein was co-chair, along with fellow appellate lawyer Doreen Connor, of an all-day seminar presented by the NH Bar Association's CLE Committee: Appellate Advocacy. 76 lawyers attended this seminar.
Ted Lothstein presented lectures and participated in panel discussions on Criminal Appeals, Preservation of Appellate Issues, and Oral Argument. Ted also was co-moderator of a 90 minute Panel Discussion featuring all current Justices of the New Hampshire Supreme Court, and recently-retired Chief Justice Robert J. Lynn. You can check out the Agenda for the program here: Appellate Advocacy FINAL Agenda
All of the lecturers at this CLE, and the CLE itself, received very high marks from attendees. Which is not surprising, as everyone did a fantastic job. You can read excerpts from student evaluations and the overall scores here: 2019 Appellate Advocacy-Attendee Evaluations
And if you are a member of the NH Bar Association and missed this CLE, you can register to attend it as an online program and/or read attendee's reviews at this link (you may have to be logged in to the NH Bar's website for the link to work).
