On October 31, 2019, Ted Lothstein was co-chair, along with fellow appellate lawyer Doreen Connor, of an all-day seminar presented by the NH Bar Association's CLE Committee: Appellate Advocacy. 76 lawyers attended this seminar.

Ted Lothstein presented lectures and participated in panel discussions on Criminal Appeals, Preservation of Appellate Issues, and Oral Argument. Ted also was co-moderator of a 90 minute Panel Discussion featuring all current Justices of the New Hampshire Supreme Court, and recently-retired Chief Justice Robert J. Lynn. Seminar Wins High Marks from Attendees
