For 13 Years, Just Two Partners

In 2013, Attorneys Ted Lothstein and Richard Guerriero became partners and launched the firm. We started with two partner attorneys and two paralegal staff. Over the ensuing years, we hired two associate attorneys, a third paralegal, and worked with many paid law student interns. Once upon a time, Kaylee was one of those law student interns from UNH School of Law.

Kaylee Makes Partner!

Now, we are so proud to say, as of May 2026, Kaylee is a partner in the firm!

When Kaylee started with us, right out of UNH School of Law, she almost immediately began making a name for herself as a courtroom litigator. She represented people charged with crimes throughout the State. As lead counsel or co-counsel, she won not guilty verdicts in several jury trials. She also represented the accused in many civil stalking and civil domestic violence restraining order hearings. She won an improbable number of these, which drew a lot of attention.

Kaylee Launches New Practice Area

After a couple of years, Kaylee went on to launch the first new practice area for Lothstein Guerriero, PLLC, since the firm opened in 2013: representing professionals and skilled craftspeople in professional disciplinary proceedings at the Office of Public Licensure and Certification (OPLC). Today, these cases make up about half her caseload at any given time. Meanwhile, she continues to appear in courts across the state representing people accused of crimes and people facing civil restraining order and stalking hearings. She also has taught several Continuing Legal Education seminars (CLEs) on the subjects of criminal litigation and administrative law.

It has been a true joy to work with Kaylee over the years, but that is not the reason why she made partner. She made partner because she does an amazing job for her clients. We see this in courtrooms, in her casework, and in her remarkable "unflappability." No one can throw her off her game, no matter how contentious things get in litigation. We also hear this from court clerks, from prosecutors, from staff at administrative agencies where she practices, and from other lawyers who admire her work. Most of all, we hear this from her clients.

We are very lucky to have Kaylee - almost as lucky as her clients!
