We retained Ted Lothstein for a very thorny aggravated DUI that probably should have put this violator in county jail for a year. Ted did his homework, listened to his client and presented a very strong case for why this young man should be given some latitude and leniency. He was right and the leniency was justified, but we couldn't have conveyed that as convincingly as Ted did. I can easily use the word "advocate" when describing Ted.
