We have a spacious, stand-alone building in Concord with its own parking, and separate office in Keene for our clients in western NH. Who We Are

Our partners are Ted Lothstein and Richard Guerriero — a seasoned pair of NH attorneys who have fought on behalf of thousands of clients in New Hampshire district and superior courts, as well as in federal court, and have handled over 100 appeals in the New Hampshire Supreme Court. Our firm provides the highest quality representation — dedicated, compassionate, and client-centered in state and federal court.

Our associate attorney, Kaylee Doty, defends criminal and serious motor vehicle cases throughout the State. She also spends much of her time representing people facing domestic violence restraining orders, civil stalking orders, a student facing Title IX proceedings in a college setting, licensing board issues such as a disciplinary hearing with the Board of Nursing. She also represents professional practices on an ongoing basis, such as a group of therapists who are periodically subpoenaed to court, asked to divulge confidential records, other legal compliance issues for smaller organizations.

Our associate attorney, Oliver Bloom, is based in Keene. He focuses exclusively on criminal defense cases, including misdemeanors, juvenile matters, and felony cases. He also works with Richard and Ted on especially complex felony cases in state and federal court.
