Hillsborough – 9th Circuit District Court
The New Hampshire 9th Circuit’s District Division court in Hillsborough is commonly known as “Hillsboro District Court.” And yes, many people spell the town that is this court's namesake "Hillsboro", even though the official spelling is Hillsborough.

Hillsboro District Court serves the town of Hillsborough and the following surrounding towns: Antrim, Bennington, Bradford, Deering, Henniker, Sutton, Warner, and Windsor. All local violations and misdemeanors go through this court, and felonies can originate there for the setting of bail and conducting of a probable cause hearing. This includes charges such as:
